We are pleased to offer as a complimentary service, HG Web, a secure online repository which includes not only access to your transcripts, but also all of the exhibits, for instant download or printing 24 hours a day along with unlimited viewing of your calendar, schedule changes and account status. The depositions and exhibits will be placed on the ordering firm’s repository and can be searched by date, case name, witness, or attorney and all transcripts are uploaded in three different formats, ASCII, ptx and exe.. From a law firm standpoint, our repository places everything (deposition transcripts, exhibits, scheduling and comprehensive billing information) online so that all parties can all work from the same source at the same time from any location without incurring extra, unnecessary expenses. All repositories are secure and password protected.

In addition to housing transcripts and exhibits, another feature offered by HG Web is access to your firm’s scheduling calendar. The calendar is also searchable by date, case name, witness name, or attorney. By clicking on blue text, all pertinent details of deposition are displayed. A map to the location is also available and can also be accessed via Blackberry for directions while on the road.

Finally, invoices are also posted on HG Web. All invoices will be in the same format regardless of ordering firm or location of deposition. All invoices are available for downloading and printing on our secure online repository. We are even capable of honoring a deferment request, in which all payment terms will be 120 days from the date of the invoice without incurring late fees or interest on outstanding invoices. We will also set up direct billing at your discretion, if you so choose.
